Old Father Time
The slow march of time,
An idea I pooh pooh.
Now that I've passed my prime
It zooms by at mach two.

  1. So true. In fact it has to be said, I waste a lot of time commenting on how quickly time goes. πŸ˜€ It’s more likely I comment on that than the weather, which I understand is a common conversation starter.

    • πŸ˜‚ I have a theory that it’s something to do with percentages. When you’re 10 years old, a year is 10% of your life experience. When you’re 50 it’s 2% and when you’re 100 (if you are lucky) it’s only 1%. i think your theory works better though!
