The science teacher
Though angle, she reasoned,
Gave birth to the seasons,
The distance is vital as well,
A tad more remote,
We would need thicker coats,
Much closer, we'd all burn in Hell.
Great poem!! Good to appreciate what we have. And I agree, there’s no coincidence. We just wouldn’t be here if the planet wasn’t situated correctly for life. That’s not coincidence. That’s just how it is… like the water wouldn’t boil if it wasn’t over a heat source.
So even though I endeavour to be an angel, I could end up roasting my toes? I want a different teacher!

Perfectly scientific, Hobbo. Isn’t it interesting how perfectly this planet is situated for us? It’s hard to believe we’re willing to wreck it.

It is amazing Diana, and makes me think it is more than coincidence! And yes, we should look after it better!
