At the beginning of lockdowns etc. I felt very anxious, but once the world continued on with some difficulties – but certainly didn’t end – I relaxed to a level I can’t remember feeling in the rest of my adult life. It’s an excellent lesson in pacing oneself and the nature of inner calm vs. outer influences.

Thank you, John. I do sometimes try to pack an idea into as short a poem as possible. They can be more difficult to write than the longer stuff. 😂
